Minimum Requirements:

500+ hours PIC on type (A318/19/20/21) Current on type within 12 months 4000+ hours total time Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer or CAA. ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government Maximum age 55 years No license limitations (eg. VMC circle to land restriction) Domicile: Xian or Guangzhou, China

Compensation: $144,000/year (net) to $156,000/year (net) + $12,000 (net) Contract Completion Bonus

Contract Term: 2 year initial / Renewable at 1 year increments

Benefits:

Salary: $12,000USD/month (net) to $13,000USD/month (net) depending on skill level. Salary based on 80 hours. O/T rate is Monthly Salary / 80. Training Pay (From Reporting Date until Line Check) $8,800USD/month (net) (80% of $11,000USD) during Ground Training, 4 weeks maximum. $11,000USD/month (net) during Line Training. Full Salary after successful Line Check. Travel reimbursement program - up to $5,000USD every 6 months 14 consecutive days free of duty every 6 weeks. Salary paid offshore. Expat tax benefits may apply. Optional global medical/dental health plan (for pilot and family) Employee Travel: Deer Air System - Unlimited ID75 travel for pilot and immediate family members. Hainan Airline Group - Unlimited ID75 travel for pilot. Bonus: $12,000USD Contract Completion Bonus
